Summary: Check in process with David is always fast & easy. We ate dinner in the bistro & not was it good. Kelly made a great espresso martini, Cobb salad & BLT! Supper yummy! Great place to stay.

Summary: stay was fine, but paying for breakfast and then having to leave - without breakfast due to time - because the service counter was understaffed was frustrating and disappointing.

Summary: Overall, a good place to stay. We came for a concert at the Civic Center, and it was a short walk. The downtown was clean and felt very safe, we had no concern walking back to the hotel at midnight. My only complaint was the lack of complementary coffee, which now seems a given at most hotels. Instead, Courtyard wants you to pay at their Starbucks which I won't do.

Summary: Good location but check in was confusing. We booked a rate that included parking and breakfast but the Front Desk had no record of the info. When we went to breakfast the next morning the cafe also didn’t have the info. Also breakfast took a while to prepare even though we were the only ones at the cafe. We have stayed at this hotel for several years and like the location/historic building but there were gaps in service with our recent stay.
